There are dozens upon dozens of listings for play food on Etsy. And there are all types of media: felt, yarn, clay. Some are more decorative but others would make great toys. You can find patterns to make your own or save yourself some time and buy them ready made. These would make awesome gifts! Maybe make a fabric basket and fill it up with some toy food to give to one (or more) kiddos in your life! Here are a few that caught my eye!
- This felt roasted turkey is so detailed! I love felt and felt toys make great gifts for little ones.
- Who doesn’t love pineapple? This Kawaii pineapple is super cute.
- Here’s a crochet pattern to make a fun stackable hamburger! ♥ it!
- This tiny grocery set is soooo cute! Great for a dollhouse or kids (and adults) who love tiny things. (Not so much for kids who like to eat toys though) 😉
- Want to make your own felt food? Here’s a sewing pattern to make all the ingredients for a great cookout! Just add felt, thread and stuffing and you’re all set!
- This polymer cake is absolutely adorable. Use it for your dollhouse or fairy house. The seller also sells fairy doors. So cute!
